"Taimeshi" is a delicious dish that is slowly cooked in a broth made from the bones of domestic red sea bream.Locally grown shiso leaves are added as an accent to enhance the flavor.When you bite into the fluffy rice cooked in a clay pot, the elegant flavor of the sea bream will fill your mouth.
